Something unique and special happened over the weekend in our home. This last Saturday, after my husband and I spent a few minutes in prayer and spiritual warfare together for the purity and peace of our home, I went upstairs still in a spirit of praise.
Just before turning my heart and focus elsewhere, a sound caught me completely by surprise. It was not loud, and I had to focus to really hear it, but it was audible and seemed to hover in the atmosphere above me. It sounded like a glorious humming of a beautiful multi-chord tone combined with the resonance of a bell. Not the clang of a bell, but the echo of its ringing. It was a shimmering sound, high and gorgeous, and as though the music were coming from a vast space, the echo was broad in my ears.
For a split second, I wondered if I was hearing something from outside. Separately, I could hear a passing car, nothing more. The question began dawning on me, was I hearing Heaven? Though I did not specifically hear voices, it seemed a foundational music of worship. The worship of angels. I kept praising, I didn’t want it to stop. It lasted several minutes. Wow, what a precious and life-altering moment.
While the video below is not exactly what I heard on Saturday, I came upon it this morning and found it so inspiring! Greek composer, Nikos Politis, received this song (You Are the Almighty God) in a dream of Jesus and an archangel, in 2022. He would say that he understood it to be a battle cry of the angels!
God is on the move! Believers, He is WITH US. He is near and His glory is touching earth wherever His people cry to Him, praise Him. Thank you, Jesus, for giving us new tastes of Heaven and keeping hope and truth alive and well in Your presence. We love You!
Peace…

[The original video I found, still on YouTube for those who wish to search for it: 3 Hour English: Hear the Angelic Song Taught by Archangel in Heaven. The reason I like it, the first couple seconds of it sound like what I personally heard in my home! However, when I first posted, that video was too large to embed, so I encouraged readers to find it on YouTube. I’ve since found another, smaller version of Nikos’ song to include here. Enjoy, and share this battle cry with others!]
